We found the happiest dog ever.  Frank, a dachshund is the happiest dog around.  All he wanted out of life is to make his owner happy and to be loved so he could love someone back.  Frank was adopted and now has a home forever!  Frank is too funny in this video.  He sleeps on his back and loves his bed.  Adopting pets is a wonderful way to save an animal and yourself.  A dog makes a place in your heart forever and once they are in your life you cant imagine your life without them.  Watch Frank's story here!  You will fall in love with him too!
